Maintaining Your Weight:
1. Drink lots of water.
2. Get plenty of rest.
3. Eat a high fiber breakfast.
4. Eat snacks smaller than your fist.
5. Do not eat food within 3 hours of bedtime.
6. Move your body 30 minutes a day.
7. Minimize fried foods and fast foods.
Calculating Your Waist Line:
Take your height and multiply by 12 inches and then divide by 2
For Example if you are 5'5 then your waist line should be about 33 inches.
5.5 X 12 = 66 Then Divide 66 by 2 = 33
